    • What a solid build! Did you burn the wood to get that look?
By RYOBI NATION, on July 16, 2018
      • No wood burning. I used some very aged treated lumber. An I applied an acid wash used for cleaning decks an sanded it down real good an put 3 coats of  polyurethane clear over it.

      • It's beautiful! Nicely done!

      • Thanks for the Compliment. The wood was actually reclaimed from an old deck. The wood really makes great projects. I’ll be posting more projects soon. I’ve got a lot of material to find a use for.

      • Thanks for the huge compliment. Really appreciate it.
I Used reclaimed 2x6x10 ripped in half on ryobi 10 inch table saw for all the frame work.
Used 5/16 plywood for covering cabinets an work bench. Cabinet doors made of the same plywood but used some of the 2x6 material I cut into strips for edging of all the doors. Added strength an made them look a lot better as well I think. As for the paint. I used some outdoor black used for hard surface applications such as wood concrete etc. will not scratch hold up to just about anything you throw at it. An the green is a blend I come up with on my own adding little of this an that til I got it where I liked it
