Steps

Step 1

Trace a circle on the edge of the wooden board.

Step 2

Insert a 10 TPI Wood Smooth Cut blade into the 18V ONE+ Orbital Jigsaw. Trace along the circle outline from the previous step.

Step 3

Once the circle is cut out, place the circle in a bench vise. Insert the 1/2" Sanding Drum insert with the 120 Grit Sanding Band into the USB Lithium Rotary Tool and touch up any imperfections as necessary.

Step 4

Insert the Round Ogee Router Bit into the 18V ONE+ Palm Router. Adjust to the correct height and guide the bit along the edge of the circle.

Step 5

Once the trim has been cut into the circle, sand the board to prepare for painting.

Random Orbit Sander, 120 Grit Sandpaper

Step 6

Paint the wood piece and allow it to dry. Measure and mark even points where holes will be drilled.

Step 7

Insert the wooden cutout circle into the bench vise and tighten. Use the 1/8" Standard Point Drill bit to drill each hole.

Step 8

Measure the desired length for the twine and cut. Thread the twine through a wooden bead and double knot the bottom to hold the bead in place. Repeat for all four pieces.
