After less than a year of service and maybe 5 or 6 uses, the trigger gun would not operate and started leaking down the valve stem. By applying pressure to the side of the hose assembly you can get the valve to open and the sprayer to operate, but clearly you're not going to work like that. I disassembled the trigger wand. Pulling the trigger causes a piston to depress on top of the valve, allowing water to flow. But because everything is plastic inside except for the valve stem, which comes into contact with a very tiny metal rod installed in the spray wand. The slightest wear causes the entire levering mechanism to shift and therefore fail to operate as designed. Poor design.

My 3rd year in owning a Ryobi gas powered power washer with this trigger handle. I use it in the summer time and the handle valve will not shut off. It is constantly on which makes it rather difficult to use. I called the customer support number that Ryobi seems to give out on others with issues with this wand. That was useless and a waste of time and effort. They basically say that you need to buy another wand and then wait until that one breaks. Great job Ryobi. I think I will be going elsewhere.

Calificación de 1 sobre 5 por Unhappy Customer 1000 de Extremely Poorly Build | Poor Quality at best!
I've had this product for about 6-7 months, total uses about 4. The trigger gun leaks all over the place. I've seen the reviews and I've contacted the number they tell you to call after they apologize for a poorly constructed product. I was told that it was out of warranty and I needed to buy a new one. That would make sense if I had the product for a longer time. 4 uses in total!!! As a consumer think about anything else you may buy that only last 4 uses? It's completly unexpectable....

This product has horrible internal parts. This is the second one I have bought and had the same issue with both. There is a bushing inside the internal valve that breaks and causes water to flow no matter where the trigger is at. I would not recommend this product and honestly has left a bad taste for ryobi products in general.

While the product does an excellent job of cleaning, after only 4 uses, something broke in the gun trigger, and it would not stop spraying. The pressure also went down quite a bit, and water started spraying from the trigger connection. Im trying to figure out how to replace the part, and am rather frustrated..

I bought this 2000 psi sprayer in April and have used it only 3 times. The last time the handle started leaking and the spray was weak. Apparently the valve that opens the water flow to the actual spray is leaking like a sieve. Water ran down my arms and onto my shoes while trying to clean lanai screens.

I bought this Ryobi Pressure Washer and used it once and it started leaking at the handle/wand connection. When you screw it down the brass end of the wand cuts the o-ring when you tighten it down. I replaced the o-ring with lube and it still gets cut. Would like to know how to keep this O-ring intact?

The first time I attempted to powerwash this year the gun leaked. I changed the o ring but it didn't help. Bought this replacement handle and it worked GREAT!!
