Calificación de 3 sobre 5 por Kalenak de It served it's purpose
Like other reviews I read and saw on YouTube, the saw cuts off for no reason even with a newly charged battery. You have to take the battery out and reinsert to get it saw to start working again. Not sure if is an over heating thing or not? The metal blade worked great, the tile blade is okay but it would not be for a big tile job, only for small tile cuts and the the drywall/plastic blade cut just fine. It's a handy tool for just small projects, cuts or to get into places that are not easily accessed but I can't see using this tool only on a big project. The tool stopping all the time is very annoying which is another reason this it's only good for a small project.

Calificación de 5 sobre 5 por Cabinguy de Great little saw
I purchased this at Hone Depot a couple of weeks ago. I almost never submit a review for anything, but I was so impressed that I did.
I have never used a cut off tool before. I have been wanting to cut down some steel truss adapters for years, and I saw this Ryobi saw and decided to add it to my Ryobi battery tool collection and try it. First I used it on some metal roofing I was installing on a shed I’m building. It cut though the roofing like scissors through paper. My buddy borrowed it to cut off some nails he could reach to pull. Snap! Today I used it to cut 4 ends of steel truss adapters. This saw made quick easy work of it. This wore down the wheel enough that I needed a new blade to cut the next 4 pieces of steel, but the wheels are inexpensive and easy to change out.
I highly recommend this little saw!

Calificación de 4 sobre 5 por JustBob de accurate, easy to use, portable
I do a lot of metal work when working on my cars. In the past I have always used a hand held air powered cut off tool. When I saw this I had to try it and I haven't been disappointed. It is more accurate and easier to control than a hand held air cut off wheel and it is portable. The only drawback is if you are overly aggressive and try to push it too fast it will shut off and you have to remove the battery and reinsert in to get it started again. But if you are careful and slow down a little it works great. It's light and you can take it out in the field with you to cut fence or other metal that otherwise would have to be cut by hand.

Calificación de 4 sobre 5 por honkerdown de Let the saw do the work
This is a handy little saw. My first chance to try it out was on some scrap pieces of 1/2" wood, several times, the saw "stalled".
The other day I needed to cut some paneling and decided to give it another go. I adjusted the blade to just cut through the paneling, as there was a furring strip behind it. The saw did great, never once bogging down or stalling. The lesson learned is to adjust the blade to the proper depth, allowing the blade to do the work with as much cutting surface as possible, and keep the RPMs up.
I do with that the foot/depth-gauge had a nice straight surface that could be run along a cutting guide.

Calificación de 3 sobre 5 por Sinned de Great saw but!
This tool is great but I have not found anyone that sells the 3” cut off discs. Anyone suggest where I can buy one. I’d much appreciate it.

Calificación de 5 sobre 5 por Steve senior citizen de Great compact cutoff tool
I like this compact cutoff tool. It came with 3 different cutoff wheels which was nice. I’ve used the plastic cutoff disk to make scrape plywood small enough to fit into the garbage can, one handed and so easy, so I don’t have to pay to have someone haul it away. This tool is strong, easy to use, controllable and lite. This is really important when you’re a senior citizen.

Calificación de 5 sobre 5 por YETB de Lightweight - convenient - ready to go...
Great little cut off tool
Used on SS square tube stock - cut through like butter.
I ended up cutting off the excess bolt length of all the stuff in my workshop that i'd been ignoring for years.
Plenty of speed- easy to change cutting wheels -
1 of my favorite of the Ryobi tools in this series.
When i bought it - did not realize it had little led lights - they actually help see your target.

Calificación de 1 sobre 5 por Billy1710 de what can I say good
There is some good uses for this tool but it has problems. It overheats quickly and you have to reset it after less than a minute of work. It does cut paneling well.
The blade size is hard to find. The cutting depth needs to be 1/4th inch deeper.
